Please send us an email to info@autobus-brettschneider.de with a precise description of the missing item.

Our dispatcher automatically sends the contact details of the driver by e-mail to the contact person on the last working day before the service, by 5:00 p.m. at the latest.
The processing time usually takes 48 hours.
If your billing address is in Germany, you will receive the bill approximately 7 days after the service.

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For urgent matters, we are also there for you outside of these times.
