If your billing address is in Germany, you will receive the invoice approximately 7 days after the service. If you are based abroad, you will receive a pro forma invoice before the trip. Payment must then be received no later than 2 working days before the trip. After the trip, you will receive a final invoice that is valid for tax purposes.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
The route and stops are verified – as far as possible – by our dispatchers on the last working day before the assignment. If the route is not passable or there is no turning possibility, the route or the stops must be adjusted accordingly. If you are unsure about your planning, please ask us. We are happy to help! We are not responsible for your route or the stops you have planned. Please note the correspondingly large vehicle dimensions and weights.
The bus driver is responsible for the vehicle and the safety of the passengers and therefore has the final decision on site.
We are not liable for any subsequent costs resulting from unsuitable stops or routes.
We would also like to explicitly point out that the final decision on whether the route is passable rests with us or the bus driver. Statements from third parties (restaurants, event locations, hotels, etc.) regarding the route's passability do not change anything.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For urgent matters, we are also there for you outside of these times.

Pick-up points at the Munich Trade Fair:
We can only drive to the pick-up points approved by Messe München. We will receive information about which pick-up point is possible from the trade fair approximately one week before the trade fair date. We will then inform you accordingly. If you do not receive any information, please contact us!
A spontaneous extension of the order is only possible by agreement and only if this does not endanger any follow-up orders or if the driver is within the legally prescribed driving and rest times. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to remove the vehicle. In this case, the rental price will not be reduced. We are not liable for any subsequent costs.
PLEASE BOOK FOR THE MAXIMUM TIME REQUIRED! YOU CAN FIND THE PLANNED END OF THE TRIP IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Should an unplanned extension be possible, we will charge according to the information on your order confirmation.
We are happy to help with any questions you may have regarding travel times. Please do not use Google Maps to plan your journey. The times are unrealistic for a bus.
We charge the client for excessive soiling or damage (e.g. vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption). Special cleaning or vehicle breakdowns can lead to high follow-up costs.
