With our help, 500 trees will be planted in the South Harz region in autumn 2023 - the “Brettschneider Forest”.
Reforestation and the preservation of existing forests are important contributions to binding CO₂ that has already been emitted from the atmosphere. Because both are important to us, we have decided to support the PLANT-MY-TREE® organization.
With our help, 500 trees will be planted in the South Harz region in autumn 2023, creating a small “Brettschneider forest” with the following coordinates:
51°36'08.0″N 11°01'23.9″E.
PLANT-MY-TREE®
Since 2007, PLANT-MY-TREE® has been carrying out reforestation projects to offset CO₂ throughout Germany. The aim is to protect the environment and climate in Germany, i.e. where our CO₂ emissions occur. Since 2020, PLANT-MY-TREE® has been carrying out forest conversion and forest protection projects in addition to initial reforestation and places emphasis on high biodiversity.
The regional conditions are taken into account and, if possible, mixed forests are planted. Over decades, a natural habitat for insects and animals is created.
